While Volume One in Carmen Electra’s Aerobic Striptease series featured Electra working out in front of a bed, Vegas Strip offers a more public venue, Studio 54, as her instructional setting. Since this segment is filmed at a legendary dance club, it makes sense that this workout session is constructed of choreographed dance moves, that one can either use on the dance floor or keep under wraps at home. Vegas Strip’s half-hour session will provide good cardiovascular exercise, depending on what one puts into it, though it mostly improves grace and coordination, in easy-to-learn segments set to pulsating dance music. This is equally valuable since the premise of this series is to feel sexy and have fun while working out. Though it does appear to be more of a lesson in choreography, Vegas Strip clearly demonstrates the challenge implicit to such sexed-up dance moves, and may give those who shun dirty dancing a respect for the real professionals. —Trinie Dalton
Carmin Electra is not in the exercise business. I am amazed that so many people expected it to be a real exercise video. From what I can see, the second one is a serious exercise production. The first one is a Pussycat dolls substitute for guys that can’t understand why there is no Pussycat dolls dvd for us to watch. I noticed three very hot segments on the dvd. I began to program these chapters together in a repeating cycle, when I found that Carmen herself had pre-programed these chapters in repeat cycles in the program section and in the menu itself. She made a statement here about the real use for this dvd. I thank her & many others thank her as well. However I still wait for the Pussycat dolls dvd, with some chapters without clothing. She can also program these segmants together for a great dvd. This review may seem offensive to some,but to all the male consumers trying to find out what this dvd is all about,I tell it like it is!

Hi all — I almost didn’t order this from the official website because of all the negative reviews here, but forget about all of those!!!!! I ordered and received in under a week. Just 6 days! I just got home from the post office and haven’t had a chance to open them… i’m looking forward to it…
