    That’s right girl, u def getting it in, looking good girl. It really help to change it up once and a while. I like doing some wkouts at the gym.

    We have insanity in our gym now! ..Good video! Ive gain some pounds 2 i was 239 an i weigh myself last week i was 243 :/ i think its water weight or muscle cause i am doing weights too..

    @amwcah no THEY don’t do insanity at the gym I do insanity at the gym..lol. i decided to get out of the house and do it. it was more space. and no , no knee problems. i almost hurt my shoulder the ohter day but thats cause i wasnt in correct form.

    @bsmith589 it took some time. but you have to just let yourself et better. you ll start off with one pushup, then two , then four, and befor eyou know it you are doing 10 in a row..
