    i have tried this exercise but it seems if your legs are at a more than 90 degrees you dont get full stretch and feel for the weight. i go a little below 90 degrees and i feel i get a better leg workout. true why would you do squats when you can do this and still get good functional strength.

    I agree. If you have bad knees due to genetics, ie arthritis, why the hell would you go with a riskier exercise?

    you know whats crazy, putting squats and leg press into the same workout along with other leg exercises. Thats called a quad routine.

    3 hrs? major recipe for disaster (overtraining)… if u wanna up ur size and mass (and resistance), u gotta cut down on ur workout time regardless of the number of days u train…
