@CosmoHunter24
The other weight loss videos are from Tara, as well. Like the Total Body Sweat and Tone. The Fat Burn. Abs and Arms (hardest one for me). But they compliment each other well and once you watch them a few times, the routines become more “routine” and much easier to follow.
@JenniferSmilesNow
I found that if you keep repeating this routine to familiarize yourself with it, you can predict the moves.. I’ve been doing it for the past few days and it’s helped. There are also some other weight loss videos w/ softer tunes and those are easier to follow, although some are much more challenging that this one. They are a great compliment to this routine. Congrats on the weight loss!
@kemeticspirit hi! totally. brining the leg forward from down dog to lunge is a big deal and harder than it seems! try lifting your knee to your forehead. this makes you lift your stomach in and up which controls the movement and will softly land the foot right between your hands. let me know how that goes! thanks
Good luck at reaching 10k…you would be very zen and helpful; however the music is incredibly distracting. Do you have another video without the music so that I can make this a favorite and use it during my workout?
how long before you start losing weight? and does this tone your stomach, butt and thighs?
ToneItUp sent me!! So happy I found you!
Are you asthlatic?….
Whaou it s absolutly terrific !!!

But are you asthmatic?…

But are you asthmatical?…
@magicstrikes well know I feel alot better knowing I am not the only one (lol)
@kemeticspirit i have the same problem lol we’ll just have to power through lol x and well done on the progress lol x
i just did this video and yoga for the first time im suprised how much strength is involved you make it look so easy im hoping this will help my balance as im a ballroom and latin dancer and not to mention very clumsy lol thanks for the amazing video luv from england derry xx
I woke up with Jason Crandell’s morning sequence on YogaJournal’s site, and then closed with this awesome set you made. Thanks! It was great, and I’ll do it again tomorrow.
Hi Tara, I love this with along with all the other videos for beginners!!!! My question though is when I am trying to bring my leg forward in between my hands from downward dog my feet automatically fly out in the the opposite direction as oppose to staying straight. Can you give me any tips to help me get a little more flexible with my legs to at least get them straight. Ive been doing the movements for about 2 weeks and am making real progress, just my darn legs (lol)
thanks so much
Really good….
Very helpful. Thanks tara
@jojomcrrox try to keep it consistent. 3 or 4 times per week. 30 minutes a day is a great start. you can slowly build to an hour from there! keep in touch and keep going!
@thinkofwhy i sent you the rss link on your page
thanks!
Would be nice if these were available on Miro via RSS subscription. YouTube can be slow sometimes, especially 720p. Miro is the future of online video, after all.
Thanks for this video it was great and very much appreciated since im barely being to do yoga
Thanks for this
I have a question though: How often should we do this to promote weight loss? I’ve been told that a minimum of 30 minutes a day doing yoga is necessary to notice any change in weight..is that true?
Just what I was looking for. I like having a longer routine
The music makes it a little difficult to hear you at times, but this is a great routine. Thank you. I just read an article about how practicing yoga is an excellent way to lose weight. I agree. Love the videos!! You look like a ballerina, very graceful..
