Thanks for posting this sequence. I have a lot of back pain from injuries and surgeries. I have a good home yoga practice but I sometimes get stuck and can’t put a sequence together to target a specific issue. This really helped.

This is one of the most useful things on the internet! All of your videos are great, especially this one. This is very helpful if you have mild scoliosis from uneven leg lengths. It really does work wonderfully! Thank you, Ester! – from a yoga enthusiast for many years

sounds like you are over doing the instruction to firm shoulder blades into your back – just try to keep your shoulder broad and relaxed

I have chronic back pain, due to degenerative discs, and this routine has helped relieve a lot of tension in my lower back.
My major injured area is L5-S1. It helps relieve the stiffness and aches that run down the hip joint and leg.

Esther, I really like this sequence, but when I’m finished the middle of my back between my shoulder blades is stiff (like it needs to “pop”). Am I doing something wrong, or is there something I can add to fix this?
